BYO’s resin-wood line fuses natural timber with poured resin, and the Chika is one of the better executions of it. The grain runs into the resin rather than stopping at a seam, so it reads as a single material rather than two glued together.
It sits on a twist-to-lock chameleon glass base, colour-matched to the stem. At 18.5 inches it works as a display piece as much as a hookah.
